As a veteran of operation desert shield and desert storm HE established the military justice system for 22 air force installations. HE retired in 1994 after 24 years in service. HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS included pacific air force paralegal of the year in 1981, AS MANAGER HIS office won the pacific law office of the year in 1993, two air force achievement medals, two air force commendation medals, two meritorious service medals, two southwest Asia service medals, the Kuwait liberation medal and the Korean civilian service medal. HE JOINED THE FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE WITH THE US ARMY IN 1995 AS A LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION OF THREE OFFICES.
